Villa Mimosa
At the end of a long, private and brilliantly bumpy lane, stands this authentic farmhouse on sloping hills; the stunning views reach all the way to the Ionian sea, 8 kilometers away. For those who want quiet and privacy, then this is the perfect place.
Villa Mimosa has been lovingly restored back to its original style and colours, with comfort being of great importance. Adjoining the house is the original old wine press, and to the side of the house is a large terrace with barbecue and a swimming-pool, sheltered by the hills rising up at the back of the house.
On the ground floor is a large living-room leading to a well-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave and dishwasher. The annex hall has a staircase to the first floor, where there are three bedrooms and a bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have king-size beds and balconies with the same brilliant view all the waty to the sea, and the other bedroom has two single beds.
The bathroom contains a bath, shower, toilet, bidet and sink.
The villa is comfortably and fully furnished, and the swimming-pool is for you alone.
There is electricity, gas to cook on, hot and cold running water, which is drinkable, and a washing machine. You only have to bring towels for personal use.
