Casa Greco
Lying between the Ionian Sea and the old Etna villages of Piedimonte Etneo and Linguaglossa, about 400 meters above sea-level, is Casa Greco.
It is easily accessible from the countryside road about 500 meters away, which is the most important artery-road in the northern reaches of the 'Parco dell' Etnea'.
The house lies in a fantastically quiet area, and has several terraces, all of which offer stunning views; stretching down to the sea, the beautiful 'Terra Morte' valley, and of course of the majestic Etna. The house is built onto the side of a hill, so the roof terrace is on the same level as the driveway to the house; a wonderful place with the views stretching all around.
The house has a large living-room with an open kitchen, a bedroom with a king size bed and a bathroom. The spacious living area can easily be turned into a second bedroom.
Leading from the kitchen is access to the second terrace. This spacious terrace, with its spectacular panorama, is a fantastic place to eat or just lie in the sun, and you will no doubt spend much of your time here.
Casa Greco also has a 'rustic'area at its disposal, and here, amongst all sorts of original farming implements, you will find a pizza/bread oven which you can of course use.
Within five minutes by car from Casa Greco you reach the small villages of Piedimonte Etneo and Linguaglossa, and in 20 minutes you will reach the sea. And as you find yourself located in the Parco dell'Etna, then a beautiful stroll through the countryside is simply a question of stepping out of the house.
In short: Casa Greco is a house that offers so much in order to make your holiday a great success.
