Villa Lucia - Palermo
Villa Lucia consists of the spacious ground floor of a two story villa in a
very peaceful and green residential area. It is fantastically situated right between Palermo (only 10 minutes) and it's summer village 'Mondello' (5 minutes) with it's marvelous white sandy beach.
Villa Lucia offers a 'in campagna feel' at a stone's throw from the islands famous capital.
There's great views on the Monte Pelegrino, one of the most important landmarks of Palermo.
The owners, a couple of very discreet and nice people, live on the first floor and, although highly respectful of their guests' privacy, are always ready to help, upon request, to make their holiday a very enjoyable and unforgettable one.
On request, you can enjoy the typical Mediterranean dishes prepared by the landlady, so you can taste some of the delicious Sicilian dishes become famous all over the world, such as Melenzane alla Parmigiana or Pasta con le Sarde or the most famous Italian Lasagne.
The strategic position of this very comfortable house makes all kinds of outings to a lot of places of interest
in the west of Sicily very easy: Trapani, Erice, Segesta, Selinunte, Marsala,
Cefalu and of course Palermo are all just a short trip away.
The apartment has 3 large bedrooms (2 double
and 1 single), a complete kitchen where there's room also to eat. There are two lovely bathrooms, one of them with
a jacuzzi.
A spvious separate living room has two sofa areas and a TV corner.
The dining room. The whole house is stylishly decorated with marble flooring and classic Italian furniture.
All bedrooms have parquet flooring while the living area has a italian style white marble floor.
The surrounding terraces and the gorgeous garden rich with Mediterranean plants can be reached from
most of these rooms, as the photos below show.
